As the Construction Manager of Large Loss Commercial, you will take ownership of major loss and complex commercial building projects from initial scoping through to completion. You will be a hands on leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional safety, quality and delivery standards. Key responsibilities: Managing commercial rebuild, restoration and large loss projects (typically $30k–$5M). Driving site operations, supervising subcontractors and ensuring works meet scope, quality and compliance. Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, clients and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Preparing and reviewing scopes, schedules, budgets, variations and progress reports. About You : Valid QBCC Licence (required for delivering and supervising commercial building works in QLD). Strong experience managing commercial construction, insurance-rebuild or major loss restoration projects. Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple complex jobs. Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget. High attention to detail, strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Ability to travel to sites across metropolitan and regional areas as required.
