Position: Graduate Traffic Engineer Location: Perth, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Senior Traffic Engineer About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Traffic Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop core skills in traffic engineering while working closely with an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of traffic engineering assessment reports . Support in responding to queries from clients, councils, and other stakeholders , initially with guidance and progressively with more independence. Contribute to the planning, analysis, and documentation required for various traffic and transport-related projects. Develop strong knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and local council requirements. Gradually take responsibility for managing projects independently , while still having access to mentorship and support as needed. Skills & Attributes No prior experience is required; however, the ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities . A positive work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the field of traffic engineering. Ability to work collaboratively and eventually operate independently.
