Overview As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve success with Microsoft Copilot technologies. Drive Technical Engagements Lead technical discussions to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio. Anticipate customer needs and apply solution expertise to build trust. Overcome technical blockers by engaging additional resources when needed. 2. Design and Demonstrate Solutions Conduct architectural design sessions and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Present reference architectures and apply digital transformation methodologies. 3. Build Strategy and Provide Insights Offer strategic and technical input to shape account-level strategies. Tailor messaging, capture feedback, and share competitive insights to influence outcomes. 4. Collaborate and Scale Through Partners Engage in partner sell-with scenarios and act as a trusted technical resource. Enhance partner technical capacity through training and enablement resources. 5. Enable Learning and Community Engagement Expand knowledge through readiness materials and active participation in Microsoft tech communities. Demonstrate new and updated products to strengthen internal team understanding. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 3 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications 4 years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 2 years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. \MCAPSANZ This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
