Step Into Your Next Chapter: * Provide administrative support to the Head of Music and department staff. * Assist with day-to-day operations of the Music Department. * Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and enrolment data. * Prepare required documentation and correspondence for the department. * Assist with the music database, including enrolments, instruments, ensembles, and schedules. * Generate reports such as attendance, ensemble lists, and data for staff. * Monitor and respond to music-related emails, calls, and parent messages. * Communicate lesson, rehearsal, event, payment, and excursion information to families. * Track ensemble attendance, follow up absences, and maintain accurate records. * Support after school music events and liaison with P&C/parent groups.
