About your opportunity: In this position you will: * Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders and staff, ensuring high standards of service are provides when answering client enquiries via the telephone ensuring the enquiries are directed to the appropriate staff member within acceptable timeframes. Screen calls and re-direct where appropriate, answer routine queries and prioritise calls. * Manage and monitor the quality of manual and electronic patient information and financial systems for the team to ensure that data and information is up to date and accurate; thus facilitating safe practice and appropriate information to clinicians. * Utilise high level communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills by communicating in both written and oral forms and functioning within a multidisciplinary team environment.
