About the Role As the Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely and relevant support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's daily activities and fostering a thriving learning environment. Key responsibilities include: * Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as reception duties, managing correspondence, and maintaining school records. * Coordinating enrolments, consent management, and excursion planning. * Administering financial matters, including processing payments, banking, and reconciling invoices. * Assisting with school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities. * Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and support in line with school policies. This role would suit an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a vibrant school community.
