About the role Our Administration Officers are the backbone of West Moreton Health, ensuring smooth operations across a wide range of healthcare settings. The Relief Pool Administration Officer role provides crucial administrative support across hospital departments, covering staffing deficits across a 24/7 roster. They maintain high customer service standards, integrate into multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to health, safety, training, and risk management, ensuring seamless operations during staff absences. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: * Strong ability establishing work priorities, meeting deadlines, coordinating tasks and workflow and adapting as required to meet the needs of a changing work environment. * High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels. * Advanced customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including the demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality and a positive approach that includes the ability to deescalate difficult situations. * Highly accurate utilisation of Microsoft Office 365 suite and corporate/patient information systems and databases which includes the ability to retrieve and interpret performance information.
