You'll: * Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance * Handle breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical faults * Work across automated machinery, controls, and PLC/SCADA systems * Run root-cause analysis and implement improvements * Get involved in some mechanical maintenance when required * Ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards You'll work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster (day & night), giving you more days off each month than a standard 38-hour week. What You'll Bring You don't need "every single box ticked"-just solid electrical skills and the right attitude. Ideally: * Current Electrical License * Strong fault-finding experience * FMCG, manufacturing or automated environment experience (highly regarded) * Confidence working with PLC/SCADA/HMI systems * Problem-solving mindset & ability to make quick decisions * Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team Why us?
