Their support helps create an environment where every student feels valued and has the opportunity to succeed.' - Stacey Beu, Principal Your Responsibilities As a Teacher Aide in a high school setting, you will: * Support teachers with classroom activities, resource preparation, and administrative tasks. * Assist students in small groups or individually to reinforce learning concepts across a range of subjects. * Help supervise practical lessons, excursions, and extracurricular activities. * Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for adolescents. * Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy when working with students and families.Desirable skills Desirable skills for this role are: * Experience working with adolescents in an educational setting. * Knowledge of classroom support strategies and basic ICT skills Please refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.
