The Technical and Engineering Network, Perth, Western Australia, Australia (On-site) Position: Senior Contracts Administrator Location: Perth, WA Salary: $140K - $160K super As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, a privately owned construction company in Australia, you'll focus on working various pre and post contracts for large- and small-scale projects for key clients like MRWA, Water Corp, Synergy, Local Government & State Governments. You will be part of a team of 5 reporting to the commercial manager and provide advise to operations managers and project managers on the commercial aspect of the contract. Key Responsibilities: Drafting & negotiating contracts and subcontracts Complete variations and claims Provide notices and assessments on the contract Cost reporting Mentor junior team members and site administrators What You’ll Bring: 4 years’ experience in the construction industry ideally transport or water infrastructure Negotiated contracts of 25million and above Strong competence in claims and legacy contracts Ability to close out a contract Why Join?
