In this role, you’ll handle the end-to-end mortgage and settlement process, including: preparing and verifying loan documentation; arranging and completing settlements (including via PEXA); coordinating lodgements; quality assurance and safe custody of titles; follow up registration statuses; and review and rectify any requisitions to ensure files progress smoothly. You’ll play an integral part in delivering excellent client service by liaising closely with clients, banks and relevant authorities, and supporting the provision of high-quality legal services. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing issues as they arise, and taking a solutions-focused approach to ensure client needs are consistently met. You will have thorough knowledge and understanding of mortgage matters and the processes involved. You will also have exceptional communication, organisational and problem solving abilities.
