We have an opportunity for an experience Team Leader to support our Packaged Products Customer Service team based at Pinkenba. This is a permanent, full-time role within the Customer Interface Team. In this role, you will be leading your team to ensure that customer orders and deliveries are promptly processed and accurate to their needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all of your team members have the right training and coaching required to succeed in their roles. You will work closely alongside internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement to the Cement Australia customer experience. Your passion and genuine interest in providing exceptional service means you will lead from the front and support your team in providing the best possible service. Your Opportunity As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Continuously review cost within area of control, taking appropriate actions to ensure cost outcomes are in line with budget. Management of electronic ordering and delivery process with shareholders Analyse daily/weekly/monthly KPI's targeted at improving customer delivery performance Provide accurate daily sales & customer performance reporting to enable the business to meet future customer demand in a timely manner Effectively liaise with other key areas of Cement Australia to ensure seamless service delivery to customers Ensuring the effectiveness of the Customer interface service level measures - NPS Process customer orders promptly and accurately Conduct necessary performance review of staff reports as required. Manage the team’s leave, rostering and etc. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading a team in a management role Ability to consistently deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders Thrives in a high-volume order-processing environment while maintaining resilience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail, even during busy periods Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Experience in the transport and logistics industry Ability to manage competing priorities across the East Coast of Australia Confident in making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for both customers and Cement Australia Why Join Cement Australia?
