Your OpportunityAs Director Legal and Integrity Services, you will bring your extensive experience in a senior legal role, preferably within the public sector or an integrity body, to support the delivery and promotion of our program of work. You will possess high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement in complex situations.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will work collaboratively to develop and implement organisational strategy and business plans, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision, values, and priorities. What You'll BringWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with: * A degree in law and admission (or eligibility for admission) as a legal practitioner in Queensland (mandatory). * Proven experience leading teams and managing complex legal and ethical matters. * A strong understanding of public sector ethics, governance, and integrity principles. * Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. * A demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies in complex political environments. * Strategic leadership skills, with the ability to influence organisational direction, contribute to executive decision-making, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall performance and impact of the Office.
