Key Responsibilities Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements from award to final account Prepare and process variations, progress claims, RFQs, and procurement documents Maintain accurate financial reporting and commercial documentation Support Project Managers with cost control and project performance Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders About You Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial builds (large-scale experience ideal) Strong understanding of procurement, contract law, and cost management Confident using Cheops, Aconex, or similar contract management systems Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Up to $180K Super depending on experience A long-term, site-based role on a high-profile $100M Perth development Supportive commercial team with clear development pathways Exposure to a flagship project with strong architectural and technical significance A stable environment where your work makes a visible impact Ready to step into a role that offers scale, challenge, and long-term development?
