With a steady pipeline and well-structured systems, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator who wants stability, progression, and a team that genuinely supports your development. You’ll play a key role in both project delivery and team leadership, working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors while helping the next generation of CAs build their skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration from procurement through to final accounts. Prepare variations, progress claims, and subcontract documentation. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting using Procore and Cheops. Work closely with site and project teams to maintain smooth delivery across all stages. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior CAs, helping build a strong, capable team. About You Experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential or townhouse projects. Solid understanding of WA building contracts, procurement, and construction processes. Procore and Cheops proficiency (essential). Strong communicator with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills. Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer Competitive package: $120K–$130K Super (DOE).
