In 2026, we’re offering multiple Business Administration Traineeships across a range of Council departments, each providing hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to complete a  Certificate III in Business  while you work. About the Opportunities: As a  Business Administration Trainee , you’ll gain practical experience in real workplace settings while developing the essential skills needed for a successful career. About You We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who: Are keen to learn and committed to completing a Certificate III in Business Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Can manage time effectively and work as part of a team Possess basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to complete required training modules Are willing to learn under guidance Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace Hold a current C-Class driver licence (highly regarded) Live and uphold the Council's values Some roles may prefer candidates who have completed relevant subjects or have interest in areas such as Human Resources, procurement, customer service, or administration.
