About Us: Soho is a popular dining and nightlife destination in the heart of Southbank, known for its energetic atmosphere and excellent service. The Role: As a Bar Back/Glassy, you will be the backbone of our bar operations, ensuring smooth service and supporting our bartenders. Key responsibilities include: Washing and polishing glassware (glassy duties) Restocking fridges and spirit shelves Maintaining a clean and organised bar area Assisting bartenders with general requests and setup/cleanup duties Ensuring a constant supply of ice and other essentials What We Are Looking For: Availability: Weekend availability is essential (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts). Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
