As a Cloud Security Managed Services Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' digital environments through continuous oversight, proactive optimisation, and strategic security guidance. You will monitor and enhance cloud security controls, advise clients on best-practice security operations, support ongoing risk management and compliance activities, respond to incidents, and ensure the resilience of their cloud ecosystems. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality managed security services that evolve with client needs. Joining our dynamic security practice means working with both Avanade and Accenture clients across medium to large enterprises, within a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to remain at the forefront of Microsoft Security technology.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert operational guidance on Cloud and Network Security within a managed services environment.Work seamlessly with delivery teams while independently owning day-to-day security operations.Operate, refine, and optimise Microsoft Cloud Security Controls to ensure continuous compliance and alignment with best practices.Maintain and enhance Security, Incident, and Event Management processes and tooling.Support business, privacy, security, and compliance requirements throughout ongoing cloud operations and service lifecycle management.Take ownership of managed Cloud Security and Compliance services, continuously driving service quality and exceeding client expectations.Proactively identify emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, implementing actions that strengthen security posture and operational resilience.
