This role suits someone ready to take the lead on commercial functions while shaping and supporting a capable CA team. You’ll work closely with an experienced project group that values clear communication, accountability, and collaborative delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive procurement, variations, claims, and cost tracking across the full commercial cycle. Manage contract administration from initial award through to final accounts. Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants. Guide and mentor junior CAs, lifting capability and standards across the team. Maintain accurate financial and contractual documentation. About You Proven experience as a Senior CA on large commercial or mixed-use projects. Confident across procurement, cost control, reporting, and contract fundamentals. Strong communicator who works well under pressure and solves problems quickly. Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing junior staff. Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $180K–$200K Super (DOE).
