About the Role In this position, you’ll be responsible for: Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism Managing calls, emails, and appointment bookings Assisting with ordering and administrative tasks Supporting our vets and nurses in delivering outstanding service A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a good sense of humour are a must — we’re a team that values supportive, upbeat energy.
