UNA Kids located in Paddington, QLD 4064 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Child Care Worker to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and caring for children during daily activities. Assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational and play programs. Supporting children with routines including meals, rest, hygiene and transition times. Maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment. Observing and recording children’s behaviour and developmental progress. Communicating with parents and colleagues to support each child’s wellbeing. Following all workplace health and safety and hygiene requirements. About you: Minimum one year of relevant experience. Knowledge of early childhood development practices. Ability to work positively with children and support their emotional and social development. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Understanding of safety, hygiene and supervision standards in a childcare setting. Reliability, patience and a caring attitude. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per annum.
