What you’ll be doing We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join the team. In this role, you will: Act as the initial touchpoint for customers, providing outstanding service and confidently resolving their enquiries Respond to a broad range of questions, maintain precise data entry, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency Do you have what it takes?
