About the Role As the Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring every visitor to the display home has an outstanding first impression and a seamless customer experience. Working closely with experienced sales consultants, you'll help clients explore design options, understand the building process, and take the first step towards creating their dream home. You'll also play an important role in managing enquiries, maintaining the immaculate presentation of the display home, and providing administrative and customer support to the sales team. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in property, architecture, and new home design, who thrives on connecting with people and being part of a team that makes home ownership dreams come true. What You Need Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support - ideally within the property or building industry. Experience working with a project home builder, custom builder, or property developer will be highly regarded. A professional, well-presented, and confident manner. A genuine passion for property, design, and helping clients find their perfect home. Availability to work weekends (preferred days off Monday and Tuesday - flexible if required).
