About the Role We’re seeking a Project & Precontracts Administrator to join a close-knit, professional team based in beautiful Sunshine Coast. This full time position offers long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to work alongside experienced leadership who genuinely value teamwork and professional development You’ll play a key role supporting daily project operations, tender coordination, and compliance processes — contributing to the ongoing success of civil and water infrastructure projects that make a real impact in the community. Your Key Responsibilities Assist Project Leads with scheduling, invoicing, document control, and reporting Support WHS and QA processes, developing reports in line with ISO standards and legislative requirements Prepare job packs, manage document control, and maintain archiving and closure documentation Work with project leads to maintain accurate forecasts within Procore software Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery About You You’re proactive, organised, and enjoy being the “go-to” person who keeps projects running smoothly.
