The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both LO order pickers and high reach forklifts, managing stock movements and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch. Key Responsibilities Operate LO order picker up to 3 bays high to accurately pick and prepare stock Operate high reach forklift up to 3 bays high for storage, retrieval and replenishment tasks Perform picking duties using both forklifts and manual pick slips to ensure accuracy and efficiency Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with inventory control processes Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Manually lift items weighing between 15–20 kg as part of the picking process Operate automated shrink-wrapping equipment to secure pallets for dispatch Requirements Current LO (Order Picker) and LF Forklift licences Must be an Australian resident Minimum 2 years of experience operating both order picker and high reach forklifts.
