About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this role is simple: sell, sell, sell. You’ll be the driving force behind store revenue converting walk-ins into buyers, upselling with confidence, and creating a standout customer experience. Reporting directly to the business owners, your key responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on the shop floor engaging customers and driving sales Own the daily store operations, including opening/closing and presentation Manage stock flow, including receiving, exchanges, returns, and online orders Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store layout updates Assist with basic admin and provide feedback to improve sales strategy Collaborate with the owners on promotions and in-store initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 2 years of retail sales experience. A consistent track record of smashing sales targets.
