About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and people-first Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the 3PL operations within our Wacol Distribution Centre in QLD, managing all aspects of warehouse performance — from inbound and outbound flow to inventory, returns, and safety — to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-performing environment. What You'll be Doing Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns Champion Safety, Service, Cost, and Team as your key focus areas Lead, mentor, and develop your warehouse team to deliver consistent results and foster a culture of care and performance Maintain compliance with WHS policies and Safe Work Practices Drive accuracy in inventory and product flow using Navision, SCALE, and other ERP systems Conduct regular MHE audits, warehouse walks, and cycle counts Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Transport, Customer Experience, Buying, and the wider business Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs Manage staffing levels, casual labour, and overtime to optimise productivity What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in warehouse and distribution management Strong leadership background with proven ability to motivate teams and improve performance Solid understanding of WHS, manual handling, and operational compliance Results-driven mindset with strong planning, organisation, and communication skills Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (e.g. Navision) Experience working with bulky goods, appliances, or 3PL operations (preferred) Tertiary qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred) A positive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Why Join Us?
