Project Administrator Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO ex. Perth or Local to Hedland Employment Type: Permanent, ASAP start. Duties & responsibilities Collaborating with operations to ensure job-ready workforces meet compliance standards Managing qualifications, inductions, and training coordination Maintaining internal and external systems Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires Following up on candidates progress via phone, text or email & providing regular updates on mobilisation progress Oversee and maintain daily sign-on records to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Coordinate and maintain staff rosters, scheduling, and travel arrangements to support operational requirements Manage and monitor PPE inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and availability Proactively seeking process improvements Perform a range of general administrative duties to support daily operations Skills & experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous mobilisation / recruitment experience Knowledge of ERMS, CMS, SAP and INX systems preferred Experience in fast-paced environments Experience maintaining database systems with a high level of accuracy & meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work autonomously Interpersonal and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the Rail industry advantageous Benefits Highly-sought after 8/6 FIFO roster.
