About the Role: Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Officer, you will be responsible for over seeing the front-of-house experience and delivering exceptional administrative support within a well-established Trans-Tasman business. Based in Brisbane City's waterfront, y ou will take pride in being the first point of contact for National Storage Head Office. Working alongside the full time Administration Officer, you will be supporting our Head Office team as well as the wider business across ANZ. This is a varied role suited to a proactive person with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to be a helping hand. If you are a reliable, adaptable, motivated, self-starter who works well in both a team and autonomously, this could be the role for you. This role is operating on a part-time, 5 day fortnight basis. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage reception and warmly welcome clients with confidence. Coordinate meeting room and facility setups to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Organise in-house catering as required. Assist with setup for in-office events and activities. Liaise with building management to maintain positive relationships and efficient day-to-day operations Professionally manage incoming calls and triage as necessary. Coordinate Head Office postage receipt and dispatch, including sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier, and organise courier deliveries. About You: Intermediate or high level of knowledge in Office Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, and the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign, and WordPress. Previous experience in Administration, Reception or similar role. Appropriate knowledge of office administrative procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with others, at all levels, as well as autonomously. High attention to detail, initiative and willingness to perform a wide range of tasks and a strong work ethic. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to learn new programs and tasks quickly and efficiently.
