About the Role… Step into a leadership role supporting two of the Gold Coast’s most vibrant venues — Aviary Rooftop Bar and the brand-new Kaktus. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our leadership team and work alongside our Bar Manager across both venues. This is more than a supervisory role, you’ll be hands-on, helping to drive culture, inspire our teams, and shape the next chapter of two standout hospitality concepts within the Southport Sharks group.
