About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Gain hands-on experience in roads construction and maintenance, including roads, footpaths, kerbs, gutters, pits, and stormwater infrastructure. Operate and maintain plant and equipment safely, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Interpret plans and complete assigned tasks efficiently according to work orders and rosters. Report infrastructure defects and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Undertake additional duties within your skills, competence, and training as required. What we're looking for - Skills & Experience Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Technical aptitude, especially in construction and maintenance.
