Every project must protect and compound our capital. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of industrial and refurbishment projects across a growing portfolio. You’ll scope, price, and manage projects end-to-end — from concept through to delivery — with direct exposure to feasibility, design, and tenant interface. This is a hands-on, high-trust role working directly with the Managing Director and Development Director. Key Responsibilities Scope and price new build and refurbishment projects ($500k–$20M). Lead site delivery — time, cost, quality, safety. Manage foremen, trades, and external contractors. Control procurement, cost tracking and variation management. Liaise directly with tenants, consultants, certifiers and councils. Drive project outcomes with commercial discipline and ownership mindset. Skills & Experience QBCC Builder’s Licence (Open or Medium Rise). 10 years’ experience in industrial, warehousing or refurbishment projects. Proven ability to deliver tilt-panel, hardstand, and office components. Strong commercial and cost-control capability. Stable career history (no serial job-hoppers).
