About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to assist a female participant based in Bilinga, QLD , who has recently sustained a spinal cord injury . The participant is expected to be discharged from hospital in approximately four weeks , and we are now building a dedicated support team to provide consistent, high-quality care upon her return home. Introductions and training will be facilitated at the hospital prior to discharge to ensure a smooth transition and strong team collaboration. Support Schedule: Days: Monday to Sunday Shifts: Morning (6:00am - 10:00am) and Afternoon (1:30pm - 6:30pm) This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new, person-centered care team and make a meaningful difference in someone's recovery and daily life.
