About the Role The client is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support professional to assist their sales team by managing customer inquiries, conducting market research, submitting offers, and providing essential information to customers. The role also focuses on enhancing marketing efforts to increase the client’s market presence and promote key supplier partnerships while staying up to date with market trends. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support. Assist sales managers with quotes, pricing, and account management. Contribute to the CRM system by accurately recording sales activities and customer interactions. Track projects, support customer service operations, and assist with special initiatives related to new suppliers, ingredients, customers, or market segments. Key Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. Education & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles within a sales environment.
