About your role: * Have a sound knowledge of Cairns, Rural and Speciality Nurse Navigator Services activities to provide general administrative support under general direction to enable health professional staff to meet their objectives and deliver services. * Administrative ESM processing occasions of service and managing all associated reschedules in collaboration with clinical staff whilst ensuring compliance within clinical guidelines and Policy Framework for Specialist Outpatients Clinics. * Coordination, scheduling and facilitation of telehealth (including in-home) appointments. * Monitor generic inboxes and patient activity. * Maintaining wait lists, audit processes, and appointment scheduling.
