About the role As the TRACC Administration Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Regional Adversity Clinician and the broader Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) team. You'll be the central contact for communications, coordination, and project support for a program making a real impact in regional communities. In this role, you will: * Provide high-quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the TRACC initiative. * Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, book venues, and support event logistics. * Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication. * Assist with preparing and distributing materials such as reports, presentations, and promotional content. * Contribute to social media and internal communication campaigns promoting TRACC activities. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with community partners and stakeholders. * Support the delivery of culturally responsive, inclusive, and safe services. Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and workplace safety initiatives. Requirements * Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. * This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Hep B and Tuberculosis. * A period of probation may apply.
