About your opportunity Lead a team of administrative professionals supporting Allied Health services at Townsville University Hospital. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing rosters, improving workflows, and contributing to a positive workplace culture aligned with Queensland Health values. Requirements * Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams in a complex healthcare environment. * Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. * Knowledge of hospital systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. * This is a Vaccination Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. * A probationary period may apply.
