About Us: Park Ridge State School is located in the western suburb area of Logan city. The school is situated on the service road, running adjacent to the Mt Lindesay Highway and located opposite the Park Ridge High School. About the Role: Park Ridge State School is creating a new position to support HR and Workplace Health and Safety processes. The key responsibilities of the role will be coordination of HR processes including staff absences, leave administration, replacing absent staff etc. The role will also incorporate Workplace Safety and Injury Management Administration including implementation of the department's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System, injury management, risk assessments, rehabilitation coordination etc. Your Opportunity: As the Administration Officer, you will (but not limited to): * Coordinate HR processes, staff absences, leave administration and replacing absent staff. * Support the school with the department's Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W) Management System. * Support with developing and implementing required HS&W policies and procedures, injury management, risk assessments and rehabilitation coordination. * Support with some finance processes (as required) Highly desirable experience; * Experience working with Department of Education systems and processes would be beneficial.
