About the roleAs the Administration Officer - Allied Health, you will provide efficient administrative and booking support to Allied Health departments across The Prince Charles Hospital and Pine Rivers Community Health Centre. You'll play a key role in patient coordination, customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clinicians and clients. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality call centre and booking services, ensuring effective patient scheduling and data accuracy.- Provide responsive and professional administrative support to Allied Health teams and leadership.- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.- Manage patient records, waiting lists, and appointment systems in line with policy requirements.- Contribute to a supportive team environment, prioritising workloads and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
