They are now seeking an experienced and highly capable Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Sales & Marketing (Melbourne) and CEO (Sydney) across marketing delivery, sales support, client engagement, and some office coordination. This is a key role for someone who is proactive, creative, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. Why You’ll Love This Role Attractive salary: $100k–$120k super (experience dependent) Join a stable, well-established business with ongoing national growth A role with genuine creative ownership across brand, digital, and content Work closely with senior leadership on pitches, capability statements, and project submissions Enjoy variety across marketing, sales support and some additional administrative duties Tight-knit, supportive team that values integrity, professionalism and excellence Key Responsibilities Marketing Coordination Lead graphic design and content creation for brochures, spec sheets, pricelists and capability statements Manage and update the company’s website; oversee improvements and visual consistency Capture photography and short-form video content of projects, installations and custom manufacturing Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) including content planning and posting Produce pitch decks, proposals and capability presentations for major project bids Maintain brand assets, visuals and capability materials Sales Support Maintain and update CRM records and assist with wholesale quote follow-ups Support customer care for wholesale accounts Prepare professional sales documents, project submissions, and tender support materials Additional Administrative Duties Produce sample boards for projects Support the CEO and Head of Sales & Marketing with various day-to-day activities What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or similar hybrid role Strong skills in graphic design, social media management, and website content updates Proficiency across Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Solid experience preparing proposals, pitch decks or sales collateral Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines A proactive, detail-driven approach and strong commercial awareness Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available) How to Apply If you’re ready to step into a high-impact, well-rounded Sales & Marketing role and join a respected Australian brand—click APPLY today.
