About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Perform a wide range of administrative duties on a rotational basis across all areas within CCS, which may include (but is not limited to) reception, referral centre, scheduling, medical records, billing, and call centre/switchboard services. * Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families, and staff. * Receive and process requests for patient electronic and historical medical record information from external Oncology facilities in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, and statutory requirements for the continuing care of CCS patients. * Comply and update relevant local work practice processes and guidelines, in liaison with the line manager.
