About the roleAs the ieMR System Administrator at STARS, you will manage and support the state-wide integrated electronic medical record (ieMR) Advanced system. This role ensures efficient system performance, data quality, user access, and ongoing improvement of digital health workflows across the facility. Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the ieMR Advanced system, ensuring high data quality and user access compliance.- Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and advice to clinical and administrative staff.- Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and coordinate upgrades or enhancements.- Develop and deliver training to optimise system usage and adherence to policies.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve clinical data management and reporting.
