Your new role: As the Administration Officer for Evolve Therapeutic Service, you'll provide high-level reception, administrative, and facility support that keeps our team running efficiently and our clients feeling welcome. You'll play a vital part in delivering quality mental health care to adolescents and their families in the community. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering professional front office and telephone reception services. * Supporting the team with accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting. * Liaising with clinicians and other staff to ensure smooth consumer flow. * Maintaining records, privacy, and compliance with legislative requirements. About you: You're an experienced and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy, team-based environment. You bring strong communication, organisation, and IT skills , and you care deeply about helping young people and families receive quality mental health support. You'll bring: * Proven experience in front office, reception, and administrative support roles. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine customer service approach. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant clinical or business systems (e.g. CIMHA, HBCIS, MyHR, S/4Hana). * Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
