Your new role: As an Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Student Coordination and Diversity & Inclusion Team, helping ensure the smooth delivery of employment pathways and programs for students. You'll be part of a dynamic HR environment, supporting both people and processes that make a difference. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering a range of administrative duties such as scheduling, record keeping, correspondence, payroll/timesheet processing and database management. * Providing secretariat and coordination support for meetings, training sessions and events. * Maintaining accuracy in HR data, student registration records, and documentation for work experience and placement programs. * Assisting with communication, inbox management, and processing HR-related paperwork to support the wider team's initiatives. About you: You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting others and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You take pride in attention to detail and bring a positive, team-oriented approach to everything you do.
