They have an exciting opportunity for a sales leader to drive growth across tier 2&3 construction companies and large residential building groups, working across a 14 branch network with revenue in excess of $200m. The Role: Reporting to the State Manager, the Sales Manager will drive profitable growth through new business and customer development & customer management in the construction and infrastructure markets. Key responsibilities include: Lead and mentor a high performing sales team without directly managing them to ensure they are working to national as well as local strategies Manage key customers in the state whilst developing and executing market development plans Generate and present multi million dollar tenders Embed a high performing, inclusive culture that puts safety and the customer first Your Background: Sales Management experience, preferably within the building products or wider industrial markets Excellent commercial acumen with proven key customer and leadership achievements Proven experience winning large tenders within the construction and infrastructure markets Team focussed with a passion for helping people achieve career success What’s on Offer: This is a great senior commercial opportunity with a well known and respected Australian business.
