Passionate about promoting sustainable solutions, they combine in-house manufacturing with consulting, project support and after-sales services. After experiencing considerable growth, the team is expanding, and they are now looking for an experienced National Sales Coordinator to join their growing technical sales team and contribute to their continued growth and success. As a key part of a high performing national sales team, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers, distribution partners, sales manager’s and the production team, ensuring the sales order process runs smoothly and organisation’s sales goals and objectives are achieved. What You’ll Do Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including order entry, tracking, and invoicing Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, tenders, and contracts for products, and related services Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to monitor stock levels, production schedules, back orders and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders Diary and Event Management and the organisation of Sales meetings, Industry events and the annual sales conference Maintain and develop marketing collateral, social media campaigns, case studies, promotions and the events calendar Lead and mentor a small customer service and administration team, sharing best practices and ensuring team efficiency Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance against targets, identify trends and provide actionable insights to the sales manager to support decision-making and strategy development. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will also own and champion the sales order process and systems, identifying areas to streamline, increase efficiency, enhance productivity and drive customer service excellence. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in sales support, customer service, or sales administration (manufacturing experience is essential). Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
