As a cutting-edge business they are always looking for innovation and as a result they have formulated a new delivery framework – creating a revolutionary model in the traditional builder-developer framework The successful contract administrator will start working on the project in the development phase , working closely with the in-house development manager, design manager and cost planner on establishing preliminary budgets and a procurement strategy. Once in delivery the role will entail the following: Contracts management including head contract responsibilities (RFI, variation, and project correspondence) Procurement and negotiation of suppliers and subcontractors Consultant management and document control You will be working on a range of luxury apartment projects ranging from $30M-$80M in value.
