This is a permanent full-time role based in Maroochydore, QLD . Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Processing orders, preparing quotes, and assisting with counter sales. Coordinating with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely order delivery. Supporting the Branch Manager and BDM with sales administration. Contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. What you’ll need to succeed : Previous customer service or retail sales experience (wholesale or trade sales highly regarded). Strong computer skills and attention to detail. A results-driven, go-getter attitude with great communication skills. A willingness to learn – industry experience is not required as full training will be provided. A team player mindset – no one is above any role. A current driver’s licence (forklift licence advantageous but can be obtained on the job). You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
