We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly Brisbane branch and deliver exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations. What You’ll Be Doing Greet clients, manage bookings, process rentals, and handle enquiries with care and professionalism. Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication. Process payments, bonds, and vehicle returns accurately and efficiently. Maximise vehicle utilisation by managing bookings, availability, and client needs. Support the Branch Manager and wider team with reporting and general operations. What You’ll Bring Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, people-focused role. A friendly, proactive, and professional approach to customer interactions. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A current unrestricted driver’s licence. Experience in vehicle rentals or travel is highly desirable.
