This role is based at the Eventide Aged Care Facility, supporting interim care patients and those on residential aged care and NDIS pathways, with a focus on rural communities. About your opportunity This HP4 Senior Social Worker role provides advanced clinical services to patients in interim care at Eventide Aged Care Facility. You will also support patients on residential aged care and NDIS pathways, particularly in rural areas. The role includes clinical supervision, service improvement, and interprofessional collaboration to ensure patient-centred care. Requirements * Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership. * C Class driver's licence and ability to travel within the Townsville HHS region. * Blue Card and compliance with VPD requirements. * A probationary period may apply.
